About Action Hauling Demo Inc

Action Hauling Demo Inc is a demolition and roll-off dumpster rental company serving homeowners, contractors, and businesses across the San Francisco Bay Area. We handle residential and commercial demolition, swimming pool removal and compaction, excavation, trenching, drainage and erosion control, concrete removal, dirt and debris hauling, and job site cleanup and preparation. On top of that, we keep a fleet of 18 roll-off dumpsters on hand, in sizes from 10 to 40 yards, so contractors and property owners can rent a bin and get it delivered on their schedule.

Our services are built for two kinds of customers. Homeowners come to us when they need a pool taken out, a driveway broken up, or a yard cleared before a renovation. Contractors and builders come to us for ongoing debris box rentals, excavation, and site prep on active job sites. Either way, we show up on time, do the work cleanly, and haul everything away responsibly, so you are not left dealing with a mess or chasing down a crew that never returns your call.

Action Hauling Demo Inc is owned and operated by Helder Pinto, who runs every job personally alongside the crew. We are licensed and bonded in the state of California under CA Lic. #1026531. Being local to the Bay Area means we know the terrain, the permitting expectations, and how to work around tight residential lots and busy commercial sites without slowing your project down.

If you have a demolition, excavation, or hauling job coming up, or you just need a dumpster dropped off, reach out for a free quote. We will walk through the scope of the work with you and get you scheduled.
